License Reset
As a license number can only be used on one computer at a time, we have had to reset the license so it is no longer registered to the old system. You should now be able to activate it on the new system.

Please try to activate license number #license number# on the new system. Does it work for you now? Please get back to us as soon as possible.



Commerical Annual License
Thank you for your Dataram RAMDisk commercial license purchase.

Please download and save a copy of the Dataram RAMDisk commercial software from:
http://www.dataram.com/__downloads/memory/ramdisk/Dataram_RAMDisk_Commercial.msi

Install the RAMDisk software on your system(s).

Download the attached Commercial License file and save a copy of it to the same directory folder where you have installed the RAMDisk software (typically “C:\Program Files (x86)\RAMDisk”). This will license and unlock your RAMDisk software, allowing the use of RAMDisk sizes up to 128 GB.

This Commercial License is valid for one (1) year and must be renewed annually. Our Accounting team will contact you approximately thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.

Problem with License Server
We have become aware that the security certificate on our license server has expired. We are trying to have our management arrange to have that renewed. In the meantime, as a contingency, I can send you a License.lic file that will activate the software. All I need from you is the Volume Serial Number of your C: drive.

To find the Volume Serial Number of your C: drive, simply use Win+R (Hit the R key while holding down the Windows key), then type "cmd" (without the quotes), then click OK. In this window, type "vol C:" (again, without the quotes). Let us know what the Volume Serial Number is.



License File Email
Download the attached license file and save a copy of it to the same directory folder where you have installed the RAMDisk software (typically “C:\Program Files (x86)\RAMDisk”). This will license and activate your RAMDisk software.



Giva Response - License File Emailed
I have just emailed you a license file called License.lic. Simply follow the instructions in the email to activate your software.

Do you verify that your software is now activated?



Error E004
We do show that your license was previously activated on a system on (date). Please be aware that each license is valid for one and only one system. However, if you have replaced or upgraded your system, we can deactivate the license on the old system hardware so you can activate it on the new system hardware. Shall we do so?
