Commerical Annual License
Thank you for your Dataram RAMDisk commercial license purchase.

Please download and save a copy of the Dataram RAMDisk commercial software from:
http://www.dataram.com/__downloads/memory/ramdisk/Dataram_RAMDisk_Commercial.msi

Install the RAMDisk software on your system(s).

Download the attached Commercial License file and save a copy of it to the same directory folder where you have installed the RAMDisk software (typically “C:\Program Files (x86)\RAMDisk”). This will license and unlock your RAMDisk software, allowing the use of RAMDisk sizes up to 128 GB.

This Commercial License is valid for one (1) year and must be renewed annually. Our Accounting team will contact you approximately thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.

Commerical Perpetual License

Please download and save a copy of the Dataram RAMDisk commercial software from:

Install the RAMDisk software on your system(s).

Download the attached Commercial License file and save a copy of it to the same directory folder where you have installed the RAMDisk software (typically “C:\Program Files (x86)\RAMDisk”). This will license and unlock your RAMDisk software, allowing the use of RAMDisk sizes up to 128 GB.

This Commercial License never needs to be renewed.

Error E004
We do show that your license was previously activated on a system on (date). Please be aware that each license is valid for one and only one system.

However, if you have replaced or upgraded your system, we can deactivate the license on the old system hardware so you can activate it on the new system hardware. Shall we do so?



License Reset
Your license key #licensekey# has been reset. You can now reactivate the license on the upgraded or replacement hardware.



Provide Manual License File after Volume Serial Number
We are able to assist you with this.

We can provide you with the license file manually. All we need to know is the Volume Serial Number of the C: drive. To find this, click on the Start menu, then start typing "command" (without the quotes). Select the result "Command Prompt". Then, type in "vol C:" (again, without the quotes). This will tell you the Volume Serial Number of the C: drive. Provide that to us, and we can manually generate the license file and email it to you.



License File Email
Attached you should find a license file ending in ".lic". Please download this file. If the filename does not come through as "License.lic", please rename it to that. Then, simply copy the file into the C:\Program Files (x86)\RAMDisk folder. This will activate the license on your software.
